Pasado’s Safe Haven, Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project

In partnership with the Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project, we have some limited funding right now thru September to spay/neuter cats and dogs in the Snohomish to Index geographical area belonging to income qualified households. Cats are FREE and dogs are only $35. See attached.
