Cities of Sultan and Gold Bar – Mayors Youth Achievement Awards
Mayors Eslick and Hodo of the two respective cities are looking for nominations for young people (20 years or younger) who have committed themselves to helping others or who have overcome obstacles to accomplish their goals.
Please use the attached two page form (pdf format) which has instructions. Nominations are due by 5pm, May 23rd, 2016. Return to Donna Murphy at Sultan City Hall.
Awards ceremony will be held at SHS on May 26th, 2016 at 6:30.
