The homes will be served by a new onsite\nroadway that will be accessed from May Creek Road\, approximately 330 feet south\nof Ley Road intersection. The site consists of a single parcel: 270905-002010-00. The\napplicant for the proposed development is DLC Investment Property\, LLC P.O. Box\n824 Snohomish\, WA 98291.
