DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING\, GOLD BAR HEARING EXAMINER\, CITY OF GOLD BAR\, WASHINGTON \nShoreline Variance – Buffer Reduction \nNotice is hereby given that the Gold Bar Hearing Examiner will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday May 20\, 2020\, at 1:30 PM via “Zoom” meeting online. Instructions for the meeting are below and on the city’s webite: www.cityofgoldbar.us  \nThe purpose of the hearing is to obtain public testimony regarding a shoreline variance to reduce the required 150’ (foot) buffer/protection area from May Creek to 112 feet and a category III reduction to 75 feet.  The buffer reduction is required to construct a single family home in a 24’ X 40’ footprint.   The site consists of a single parcel:  27090600201200.  The applicant for the proposed development is Zachary Beebe\,  24519 Old Pipeline RD.\, Monroe\, WA 98272. \nThe application was determined to be technically complete for processing and public review on March 3\, 2020.  Completed application material evaluating the proposed project referred to as the Beebe Shorline Variance (LS-005-20) is available at City Hall\, 107 5th Street\, Gold Bar\, WA. \nIt is the right of any person to review and comment on the application\, receive notice of\, and participate in\, any hearings\, request a copy of decisions once made and exercise any rights of appeal.  Comments must be in writing and delivered to City Hall by 5 PM\, May 13\, 2020. Written or verbal comments may be presented at the hearing. \nThis hearing will be held remotely using the Zoom internet program. Each party and its witnesses must participate in this hearing either by computer (your computer must be equipped with a camera and microphone) or by telephone.
