Instructions for the meeting are below and on the city’s website: www.cityofgoldbar.us \nThe purpose of the hearing is to obtain public testimony regarding a proposed preliminary plat subdivision. The proposal includes \nthe subdivision of property into 39 residential lots\, 4 public tracts\, creation of two new public streets\, and related infrastructure. \nThe site consists of a three parcels: 27090500200300\, 27090500200400\, 27090500201100. The applicant for the proposed \ndevelopment is Fall View\, LLC. 10515 20th St. SE #202\, Lake Steven\, WA 98258. \nThe application was determined to be technically complete for processing and public review on January 5\, 2023.
