DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING\, GOLD BAR HEARING EXAMINER\, \nCITY OF GOLD BAR\, WASHINGTON \nPreliminary Plat Subdivision – Fall View (LS-001-23) \nNotice is hereby given that the Gold Bar Hearing Examiner will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday May 31\, 2023\, at 2:00 PM via \n“Zoom” meeting online. Instructions for the meeting are below and on the city’s website: www.cityofgoldbar.us \nThe purpose of the hearing is to obtain public testimony regarding a proposed preliminary plat subdivision. The proposal includes \nthe subdivision of property into 39 residential lots\, 4 public tracts\, creation of two new public streets\, and related infrastructure. \nThe site consists of a three parcels: 27090500200300\, 27090500200400\, 27090500201100. The applicant for the proposed \ndevelopment is Fall View\, LLC. 10515 20th St. SE #202\, Lake Steven\, WA 98258. \nThe application was determined to be technically complete for processing and public review on January 5\, 2023. Completed \napplication material evaluating the proposed project referred to as the Fall View (LS-001-23) is available at City Hall\, 107 5th Street\, \nGold Bar\, WA. \nIt is the right of any person to review and comment on the application\, receive notice of\, and participate in\, any hearings\, request a \ncopy of decisions once made and exercise any rights of appeal. Written comments must be in delivered to City Hall by 5 PM\, May \n19\, 2023.
